Na een introductie voor solotrompet (of bugel) wordt de eerste groep thema's ontwikkeld wat naar een vlot centraal thema leidt. Het einde herneemt één van de beginthema's maar dan in een ostinato ritme dat een krachtige finale waarborgt.

After a solo flügelhorn/trumpet introduction, the first group of themes is developed and flows into a melodious central theme,The end resumes one of the initial subjects, under a rhythmic ostinato that guarantees the strength of a Grand Finale.

Après une introduction pour trompette (ou bugle) solo le premier groupe de thèmes est développé et ceci mène vers un thème central mélodieux. Le final reprend l'un des thèmes initiaux mais transformé par un rythme obstiné qui garantie un final vigoureux.
