The Sasso Nero is a 3369m high mountain in the Zillertal Main Ridge in the Aurine Alps. It crosses the border between the Italian province of South Tyrol and the Austrian province Tyrol. The beautiful landscape around this mountain inspired Michael Geisler to compose this wonderful concert march.

Le Sasso Nero est une montagne de 3369m située dans les Alpes de Zillertal. Il est traversé par la frontière entre la province italienne du Tyrol du Sud et la province autrichienne du Tyrol. Le magnifique paysage autour de cette montagne a inspiré Michael Geisler à cette belle marche de concerts.
