As in all of Murray's previous Contest sets, pieces are cleverly titled for easy identification and feature an array of popular styles- rock, waltz, march. Latin, Baroque, jazz, ragtime, polka, and even an Irish air. While use of specific mallets is generally left to the discretion of the teacher and student, some helpful suggestions are included in the foreword.
