Gallito, pasodoble, by Santiago Lope (1871-1906), edited by Roy Weger. Lope was an excellent arranger and composer. His knowledge of instrumentation was so highly respected that conductors of other bands, including La Banda Municipal de Madrid, used his instrumental grouping as a model. This beautiful pasodoble was included in the classic Capitol records LP stereo record and recorded by the great Municipal Band of Madrid. This edition conforms to their interpretation.
