Max The King! Thomas C. Duffy

A remarkable musical journey for band based on the legendary adventures of Max, the young boy in Maurice Sendak's book, "Where the Wild Things Are." This is a fun yet musically sophisticated work. A nice combination of lively meters, ensemble and solo passages, it is solid writing from a very talented composer.
