Blasenfest Tommy Fry

Written for the occasion of an Honor Band Concert at the Texas Music Educators Association Conference (1965), "Blasenfest" is a practical, contemporary-sounding work that can be qickly learned. There is a solo passage for cornet and some effective writing for the percussion section. It is a selection that will be suitable for a young band.
