Even though it's not about the holiday, Christmas Crabs is inspired by the annual migration of literally millions of crabs on Christmas Island in Australia. There's a nod to a holiday favorite but most of the piece musically depicts the awkward movement of these exoskeletal creatures. A creative work for your first-year students!
Auch wenn es nicht um den Weihnachten geht, ist Christmas Crabs inspiriert von der jährlichen Migration von buchstäblich Millionen von Krebsen auf Christmas Island in Australien. Es gibt eine Anspielung auf Weihnachten, aber der größte Teil des Stückes zeigt musikalisch die unbeholfene Bewegung dieser exoskelettalen Kreaturen. Ein kreatives Werk für Ihre Anfänger!
