A Jubilee Symphony (2 Sätze) Yasuhide Ito

This piece was commissioned by the Alumni Association of Hamamatsu-Kita High School in Shizuoka ( The composer was a student there.), for its 100th anniversary of foundation. The piece was not intended to recall his good old memories of his high school days, but to express his positive attitude to the future. The title of the second movement 'Remembrance' and 'Farewell' account for that. In the second movement, he tries microtonal melodies without rhythms.
Consists of two parts'Fanfare'(5min) and 'Remembarance farewell'(8min).
