Dr. Timothy Rhea (geboren am 18. Juni 1967) ist der Leiter der Bands an der Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Rhea ist der Dirigent der Texas A&M Wind Symphony und der Leiter der Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. Darüber hinaus ist er der administrative Leiter der Instrumentalmusikabteilung und trägt als Komponist und Arrangeur für alle Ensembles der Texas A&M Bandabteilung bei. Seit März 2016 ist er der Präsident der American Bandmasters Association. Zuvor war er President-Elect, bevor er Präsident des Verbandes wurde.
