Martin Ellerby composer / arranger

studies composition with Joseph Horowitz in the Royal College of Music in London, where he also worked on contrapuntal techniques with W.S. Lloyd Webber. He continued private studies with Wilfred Josephs by means of an Allcard Award from the Worshipful Company of Musicians. He has written a broad range of works for most instrumental and vocal combinations, including several key works (including concertos) for concert band. These have been performed and recorded by many leading ensembles throughout the world including the Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra of Japan and the Regimental Band of her Majesty's Coldstream Guards for whom he is currently composer-in-residence in the UK.
